Board Nomination Form

We are approaching the election for OATIA Board of Trustees which are to be installed at our annual seminar in May. The term of an elected Board Trustee is for two years running from spring of 2012 to spring of 2014.

We will hold an election in March of 2012 for the new Board of Trustees.

There are twelve elected Board Trustees and two alternates.

To be eligible to run the nominee must be an OATIA member in good standing with your 2012 yearly dues paid. Also it is important to ensure the nominee's organization will support the time and expense of attending required meetings and seminars.
